If you have an Unlawful Detainer please note that you must respond within five days to avoid eviction.

If you have an emergency, please leave a message at 415-487-9203 for SF and 510-836-2687 for Oakland. There is a volunteer checking the hotline for emergencies only. If you have had an appointment previously and it is not an emergency, please leave a message for your counselor on their direct extension.
